Switzerland

The country is located in Western-Central Europeand is bordered by Italy to the south, France to the west, Germany to the north, and Austria and Liechtenstein to the east.
The composition of the great tectonic units reflects the history of the formation of the Alps. The rocks from the Helvetic zone on the north and the Austroalpine nappes - Southern Alps on the south, which are mountain ranges, come originally from the European and African continent respectively.
The highest mountain is Mont Blanc (4807M) that lies on the French-Italian border.
AlphornGerman Alpenhorn, long horn played by Alpine herdsmen and villagers, sounded for intercommunication and at daily ceremonies and seasonal festivals.

It is carved or bored in wood and overwound with birch bark. Some instruments are straight, reaching 12 feet (4 metres) in length; since the mid-19th century, especially in Switzerland, the bell may be upcurved.

This is probably the most famous swiss menu. Fondue is made out of molten cheese. They eat it by dipping small pieces of bread in the molten cheese. The secret lies in the right mixture of different flavors of cheese. Typically, fondue is served on cold winter days, but many restaurants serve it all your round.
